💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide.

  • Customers must provide an active phone number

  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation

  • Orders may be cancelled if the customer is unreachable

❗ Failed Delivery

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Customer is unavailable at delivery time

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

  • Order is refused at the time of delivery

Lindoria reserves the right to limit or block future orders in such cases.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel is damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear images and your order number

We will resolve the issue after verification.

🔁 Shipping & Exchanges

  • For normal exchanges: Customer bears return shipping cost

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged item): Lindoria covers all shipping costs

Once the order is handed over to the courier, Lindoria is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
