Returns and Exchange
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your Lindoria piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Exchange window
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for exchange
The fabric must be unopened, unwashed, and unstitched
Original packaging must be intact
Tags must be attached
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Items not eligible for exchange
Stitched or altered fabric
Pieces marked as final sale
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
How to request an exchange
Step 1: WhatsApp us at +92 194627429 within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and reason.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return address.
Step 3: Send the package via courier (return shipping is at customer's cost).
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2 to 3 working days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. In such cases, we cover the return shipping and process a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days after the returned piece passes inspection. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns — only exchanges.
